Shipping Policy

Shipping costs will be determined through USPS Calculated Rate. Orders of $80 or more will receive free shipping.


Return Policy

Every item we sell comes with a complete satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, or you received a damaged or defective perishable item, please contact us with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Lot Number(s) on the product label

  • Date of arrival

  • The condition of an item at the time of arrival

  • Picture of defective item

  • A detailed explanation of the issue

  • Preference of a refund or replacement


Nature's World LLC will not pay shipping/handling for any exchanged goods. All requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order and returned within 30 days. Please inspect your order upon arrival. We will respond to you in a timely manner.

Warranty Information

As explained in our shipping policy for melt-able items, if you wish to place your order for any melt-able item without any insulated packaging and risk your product melting en route to you, that is under your discretion and Nature’s World LLC will not be held responsible for any melting or return of the product because of melting.
