Pineapple Dessert - Dairy Free

This tasty, tropical treat is a great dessert for any occasion!

Ingredients:

2 cups crushed pineapple with the juice

1 Organic white or yellow cake mix

1/2 cup non-dairy butter (we recommend Earth Balance, but feel free to use regular butter)

2/3 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped (available at Nature’s World or naturesworldllc.com)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Empty pineapple evenly into a 13X9 inch baking dish, sprinkle with cake mix, and dot the

top with small butter chunks and top with nuts.

3. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.

4. Serve warm or cold with whipped cream, and enjoy!
